Order Processing:
All orders are in $U.S. currency. After receiving your order, we check to make sure the product is available. Once product availability and payment is confirmed, your order is packaged and shipped.
Payment Methods:
Moonflower Enterprises accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also receive payments through PayPal, and welcome money orders and checks. Money orders and checks may take several days to verify funds. Orders are processed once funds are verified.

International orders may require a minimum amount to process. Moonflower Enterprises reserves the right to accept or deny any order based upon our sole discretion.
Product Availability:
Most products you find on the Moonflower Enterprises site are available, however occasionally we run out of a given product. If that's the case, we'll promptly contact you either by e-mail or phone. If the product is temporarily out-of-stock we'll give you the option of putting the order on back-order or canceling the order.
Special Orders:
If you are looking for a product that is not displayed on our site, or is not in our warehouse, please call (877) 892 3193 or e-mail us at info@moonflowerenterprises.com and let us know exactly what you are looking for. Moonflower Enterprises may agree to assist you to find a special product, which will then be considered a "Special Order".
Please be advised that delivery times for "Special Orders" will may take from 4 - 12 weeks, or longer, depending on your request. Furthermore, shipping costs may increase considerably, depending on when you need the item delivered. Moonflower Enterprises may request an advance payment to secure the order, once again depending on the item you are requesting.
Shipping Information:
Orders are usually shipped the same business day via USPS or UPS. Deliveries may take between 3-12 business days to reach you, depending on your location. The average delivery time is about 5 business days. Standard shipping and handling is automatically calculated on your order.
Some exceptions and restrictions may apply to items that are oversized, special orders, and other exceptions.
Overnight or special shipping needs may be accomadated. Please call (877) 892 3193 and let us know your needs. Appropriate shipping charge will incur.
International Orders
For International orders, please send an e-mail for rates and delivery times to info@moonflowerenterprises.com. International orders can take between 1-8 weeks for delivery depending on location, method of delivery and current state of world affairs. Moonflower Enterprises reserves the right to reject any order.
Moonflower Enterprises is not responsible for any expenses including but not limited to customs, taxes, duties, losses, thefts or damages. International orders do not include insurance. Please let us know if you would like to add insurance.
Tax:
Washington residents will be charged appropriate tax.
Returns:
We are happy to accept your return for full refund or exchange*. Please include your order number and why you are returning the product. We credit for merchandise only (shipping charges are excluded) and a 10-20% re-stocking fee may apply. Returned products must be received within 21 calendar days. Products must be received in "New" condition within 21 days after date of delivery in order to qualify for our return policy.
*Clothing returns such as skirts, dresses, and shirts must be received within 21 days of receipt of order. Stained, soiled or worn clothing is not eligible for return or exchange.
